Service Description: Provides services and programs for people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness 
  • hospice counselling and support including information, education and advocacy
  • in-home volunteer support (respite, companion, legacy)
  • health and wellness programs
  • caregiver programs (video education, caregiver circle chats)
  • in home and in office complementary therapies
  • spiritual care
  • HUUG (Help Us Understand Grief) children's program
  • staff and resources available to support South Asian languages
  • grief and bereavement programs
  • community education
