Service Description: Recovery and wraparound services to reduce hardship
  • information and referral, supportive counselling; mental health support
  • Strengthening Services for Seniors - mental health support, technology
  • educational and wellness programs - prevention of chronic conditions, healthy eating and food preparation, exercise - pre-registration required
  • Sisters Wellness Support Group - informal and refreshments provided; pre-registration required
  • community advocacy
  • skills development classes: cooking, sewing - preregistration required
  • library (textbooks, other books) to borrow or keep, by appointment
  • summer employment program for youth
  • ongoing volunteer opportunities; post-secondary student placement, internship
