Service Description:	Operates an 18-bed acute care facility and provides an array of services Transports complex medical patients to larger centres to receive specialized care Serves as both a site receiving consults for local patients and for providing consults in the First Nations communities Hospital based community physiotherapy and occupational therapy clinic Health professionals assess and treat conditions that affect the muscles, nerves and bones that may be caused by work or sports or motor vehicle collision injuries, chronic conditions, or to recover after an operation (hip and knee surgery) Offers home visits as needed Designated OHIP-insured physiotherapy clinic

Fees:	Service - Set fee * physiotherapy services may be covered by OHIP or third-party insurance if eligible

Application:	No referral required for private pay services Medical referral required for OHIP coverage Medical referral may be required for third-party insurance

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Individuals requiring physiotherapy services OHIP coverage for those 19 years and younger, 65 years and older, ODSP or Ontario Works recipients, and people hospitalized for at least one night due to an injury
