Service Description: A community organization that works with families to promote the health and development of children and youth who are in financial need

  • Offers a variety of pre/postnatal programs, including support groups, walking groups, individual meetings, and workshops
  • Offers a pre/postnatal community kitchen for parents with a baby under one year of age or expectant moms to cook a healthy meal for their family
  • Provides guest speakers who can give information on various topics, such as prenatal care, labour, birth, and breastfeeding

    • Expectant women and/or women with children up to one year of age

    • Partners are welcome to attend the pre/postnatal community kitchen
