Service Description: Enhances, maintains, and promotes the mental well being of individuals, families and communities

  • Assists community members in developing skills and techniques to enhance the mental health of others or themselves
  • Holds Mental Health Awareness Week and Mental Illness Awareness Week events
  • Holds various training sessions and workshops throughout the year, such as the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Workshop
