Location:	Band Office is situated on the shore of Bamaji Lake in the communinty of Slate Falls Nation Reserve is located 120 km N of Sioux Lookout, on shore of Bamaji Lake Community is accessible by float plane and an all-season road head

Service Description:	Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of Slate Falls Nation Tribal Council: Windigo First Nations Political Territorial Organization: Nishnawbe-Aski Nation (NAN) Treaty #9 Assists elders in their residence with routine household activities such as light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meal preparation and personal care Provides household support for heavy and seasonal housecleaning Provides assistance with heavy outdoor work during the winter months such as shovelling and firewood Acts as respite for caregivers Provides short-term loan of mobility aids such as walkers and raised toilet seats
