Service Description:	Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Lac La Croix First Nation Tribal Council: Pwi-di-goo-zing Ne-yaa-zhing Advisory Services Political Territorial Organization: Grand Council Treaty #3 (GCT3) Treaty #3 Walk-in medical clinic Provides access to an on-call Physician or Nurse for individuals requiring urgent care Provides treatment services for medical conditions that require urgent treatment but do not require a visit to a hospital emergency department

Fees:	None; Most services covered by OHIP

Application:	Patients must call head to book appointment and are served on a first-come first-served basis Must provide valid provincial health care coverage (Health Card)

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Members of Lac La Croix First Nation who need medical care for minor illnesses and injuries
