Service Description: Provides confidential mental health and addictions counselling for residents in communities North of Superior

  • Provides a friendly visiting program
  • Matches a senior with a volunteer to share interests, conversation or hobbies to increase socialization
  • Helps with grocery shopping, transportation to an appointment or for other errands
  • Provides volunteer opportunities for friendly visiting

    • Self referral, third party referral, Primary Care referrals welcomed

    • Individuals interested in volunteering can call for information
    Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Seniors, individuals with Alzheimer Disease or other dementias, family/caregivers of referred individual, physically disabled adults 18 years of age and older
