| Service Description: | Provides 24/7 staffed transitional housing for women 18+ experiencing chronic and persistent mental illness. Assists women to develop the skills of independent living so that they may live in the community on their own successfully. | ||
| Application: | A psychiatric diagnosis is required. Referral is through The Access Point or by calling Margaret's Housing and Community Support Services. To make a referral through the Access Point, call or complete the online application form. | ||
