| Service Description: | Comprehensive, single access program with integrated addictions, parenting, child development, health/medical, outreach and home visiting services for pregnant/parenting women with substance use problems and their children (zero to six years). | ||
| Application: | Referrals accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Interested individuals may call or email. Their call will be returned within a week and they will be invited for an initial in-person appointment. Inclusion criteria: Women who are pregnant and/or parenting at least one child under the age of 6 years, and who are experiencing problems of substance use or recovery, and who want support around their substance use or recovery. | ||
