Service Description:	Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Fort Severn First Nation Tribal Council: Keewaytinook Okimakanak/Northern Chiefs Political Territorial Organization: Nishnawbe-Aski Nation (NAN) Treaty #9 Provides various health benefits to individuals and families with high health costs Benefits are determined based on need and may include: basic dental care diabetic supplies eyeglasses hearing aids prescription drugs surgical supplies and dressings transportation for medical appointments

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Members of Fort Severn First Nation 16-65 years of age Individuals and families who: were eligible for Ontario Works in the previous months, or are no longer eligible for Ontario Works because they received a payment for loss of income under the 1986-1990 Hepatitis C Settlement Agreement
