Provides restorative care for those individuals who no longer require services in acute care hospital, and because of their care needs, are temporarily unable to return to the community. A Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner will be assigned to you on admission to monitor your progress and attend to any medical needs during your stay. Our services include:
