Service Description: Community centre for older adults
  • fitness classes (aerobics, tai chi, yoga, line dancing, meditation, Move to the Music, Tone to the Music, Osteofitness, Drop-in Aquafit as well as Registered Aquafit classes)
  • recreation (carpet bowling, woodcarving, badminton, pickleball)
  • beginner computer classes
  • card games (bridge, euchre, cribbage, dominoes)
  • holiday themed parties
  • guest speakers and entertainers
Fees: Membership fee: $65 for yearly activity membership * $35 for yearly basic membership
Application: Call or drop-in * no referral required
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 55 years and older
