| Service Description: | This program offers: assessments, individual and group counselling, relapse prevention support, and DAWN (guided self-change). Counsellor and client work together to develop contract. Family intervention and follow-up to services and referrals also offered. Youth-specific groups offered. | ||
| Application: | Referrals accepted from all sources by walk-in, email or by phone. Children under 12 years of age will need parental/guardian consent to participate in treatment. | ||
