| Service Description: | The Central Intake and Referral Coordination (CIRC) program is the entry point to mental health and addiction services in the City of Greater Sudbury, and provides a standardized referral and screening process which streamlines access to most Health Sciences North (HSN) Mental Health and Addiction programs (excluding Crisis Intervention Program). Services include screening and referral coordination. | ||
