| Service Description: |
Assessments and treatment models are utilized based on individual's needs.
These may include relapse prevention, guided self-change, harm reduction approach, etc. Outreach services are offered. We offer educational group sessions on various topics. Community treatment includes counselling services for individuals. |

| Application: | Referrals are accepted by all sources. These are scheduled through the main office. Screening appointments are available weekdays and contact will be made within 48 hours of the initial referral. Individuals may access both mental health and substance use services through the same intake process. Appointments may be made by phone, email, virtually or in person. | ||
