Service Description:	Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Pays Plat First Nation Tribal Council: Unaffiliated Political Territorial Organization: Union of Ontario Indians (UOI) Robinson-Superior Treaty Responsible for fire prevention and administration of the Ontario Fire Code Issues applicable burn permits required for brush piles, incinerators and open fires, excluding campfires Provides the following services: Education Emergency planning Fire investigation Fire suppression Hazardous materials information Home safety which includes ensuring all homes are equipped with smoke alarms and charged fire extinguishers
