Offers general information on healthy eating* group presentations to workplaces and other community groups as applicable * consults with community partners and municipalities to help create health eating environments Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP): provides milk coupons, healthy food , and prenatal vitamins to pregnant women in financial need * clinics held at APH on Thursday afternoon 10,000 steps towards healthy living program: 4 week program that involves a pedometer and nutrition info to help increase physical activity and improve eating habits Craving Change Workshop: 4 week program run by registered dietitians for those who struggle to maintain healthy eating habits and want to feel more in control of their eating. |
