| Service Description: | Provides life and social skills training, recreation and academic studies (Toronto Board of Education teacher) in a structured and supportive environment for up to 10 clients. Groups include creative arts, life and social skills, yoga, and wellness. Clients must be stable enough to participate in group and individual programming. | ||
| Application: | Day Program clients must have a case manager in order to attend. If the client does not have a case manager, then a referral first to the New Outlook Community Support program may be suggested. Please call for information or to make a referral. | ||
