| Service Description: | Provides assessment, short term therapy, family intervention, group therapy, parental groups, linkages with and education to schools, community education/programs. The interdisciplinary team includes a psychiatrist, social workers, nurse practitioners, child and youth workers and an intake clinician. | ||
| Application: | Clients are referred through a family physician, pediatrician or psychiatrist or through a crisis and emergency room physician for follow up appointments as appropriate. All new referrals are screened by the intake clinician. Priority is given to any urgent cases. Referral form is available on the website. | ||
