| Service Description: | This program offers workshops in community for capacity-building on youth mental health, social identity, and community resources for youth. Participating youth will have increased knowledge of resources to address challenges they face in their well-being, social connections, and identity. Outreach will be focused primarily on schools in Markham and Richmond Hill. | ||
