| Service Description: | Provides service to children and adolescents up to their 19th birthday, as well as their family members and/or significant others. The program provides individual and family assessment, psychiatric consultation and medication management. | ||
| Application: | Referral sources include referrals from the inpatient unit, the outpatient department, the Emergency Department, family physicians, paediatricians, schools and the Children`s Aid Society. Referrals can be faxed to intake after which an appointment will be scheduled. | ||
