Service Description:
  • Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes
  • Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling
  • Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families


    • Provides counselling, consultation, and wellness programs for employers and employees to help resolve personal and work-related problems
    Assists with a broad range of concerns, including:
    • Balancing work and family, and more
    • Childcare/parenting
    • Conflicts with co-workers
    • Harassment
    • Personal and/or job stress
    • Relationship issues
    • Separation issues
    • Substance use
    Fees: Service - organizations can request a proposal to determine the cost; None - employee benefit packages
