Service Description:
  • Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes
  • Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling
  • Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families


    • Operates as part of an integrated mental health and addiction system to help uncover the causes and emotional needs behind addictive behaviour
    Offers the following services:
    • Confidential assessments of substance use
    • Early intervention support and counselling
    • Treatment planning and referral
    • Treatment and education groups
    • On-going case management where needed
    • Relapse Prevention
    • Outreach appointments arranged as needed
    • Consultation to families who are concerned about someone's substance use

    Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals 12 years of age and older living with substance use issues or their family members
