Second and Fourth Wed of each month hosted by Children's Centre Thunder Bay, 283 Lisgar St

Service Description:
  • Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes
  • Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling
  • Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families


  • In partnership with Children's Centre Thunder Bay, provides immediate, single sessions of counselling to children, youth, adults, couples, parents, and families, via phone, video or in-person sessions
    • Assists individuals to deal with a variety of personal issues including the following:
    • Abuse
    • Child Behaviour/School Problems
    • Depression and Anxiety
    • Family Conflict
    • Grief and Loss
    • Parent/Child Conflict
    • Relationship Issues
    • Substance Use Health
    • Stress
    Fees: None
    Application: Walk-in Clinic offered on a first-come, first-serve basis or call to access services
