| Service Description: | Outpatient assessment treatment and management of youth up to 18, who are either using or at risk for misusing alcohol or other drugs. Parents and siblings may also receive support. Outreach, teaching and research components, with harm-reduction, open-ended format complimenting treatment. | ||
