| Service Description: | Short-term stabilization service for men who are either waiting for residential addiction treatment, completing community treatment, or returning to the community from residential treatment. Service includes: - life skills - recreational opportunities - short-term counselling services | ||
| Application: | Self-referrals are accepted. Please call or email to make a referral. Clients must be medically stable and have completed withdrawal from substances. Appointments are booked after receipt of Transition House application which is available on the website. | ||
