Service Description: Provides culturally appropriate health programs and social services to the member First Nation communities

Culturally appropriate programs and services for Aboriginals providing awareness, education and prevention of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
  • Provides education and promotion on healthy and proper child nutrition
  • Develops culturally appropriate resources for the availability of community members
Services offered include:
  • Case management
  • One-on-one education and support to individuals and family members affected by FASD
  • Referrals to specialized services
  • Peer counselling and advocacy on FASD

  • Services are accessed at a local level

  • Program registration recommended

  • Open to referrals from any source
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: First Nation individuals and families living in the communities within the Dryden Tribal Area affected directly or indirectly by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
