| Service Description: | Bed-based supportive treatment program providing one to one, life skills/living skills, substance use treatment and post treatment planning. Basic needs support for individuals. | ||
| Application: | Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. Please call to complete a phone assessment. Individuals must be detoxified for a minimum of seven days. A urine screen is required before admission. The program does not accept individuals on methadone. Those prescribed suboxone will be reviewed individually. | ||
