Group Counselling offers a safe and supportive space to learn, share, and grow alongside others who understand. Using evidence-based, therapeutic approaches, group focuses on building awareness, developing skills, and helping make meaningful changes in life. Treatment and psycho-educational groups are offered, led by qualified counsellors. Groups are:
