| Service Description: |
The Addiction Medicine Clinic is for people looking for help with their substance use, such as opioids, alcohol and additional use of other drugs (this is assessed at initial contact). Addiction Medicine Clinic offers fast access to medication assisted therapy for substance use disorders; (i.e., anti-craving medications, and Opiate Replacement Therapies). Addiction Medicine Clinic also offers brief support, referral for individuals not currently connected to addiction recovery services and resources, as well as case management. |
