Resource materials to survivors and family members * promotes awareness about brain injury and prevention of injury * education, information, support and advocacy * peer support groups for survivors and family members * opportunities for individuals with brain injury to participate in educational and recreational programs * opportunities for survivors and their family members to familiarize themselves with activities and programs that are available in the community
Artistic Expressions Workshop provides participants an opportunity to use their creative abilities as everyday coping strategies Peer Mentoring Program: Partners and Mentors are matched for this once a week telephone program * all participants are screened and mentors require a criminal check Family and Caregiver Support Program: A monthly group designed for brain injury survivors loved ones and caregivers |
