Service Description:	Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Pays Plat First Nation Tribal Council: Unaffiliated Political Territorial Organization: Union of Ontario Indians (UOI) Robinson-Superior Treaty Assists members with Native membership and registration forms and processes Maintains membership records for Pays Plat First Nation Provides information about current and evolving Indian status changes and issues Acts as a liaison to the Indian Registrar of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) May provide assistance in the following matters: Birth certificates and related documents Death certificates Indian registration Marriage licenses and certificates Status card renewals
