Service Description: Services to people who have experienced sexual assault, sexual exploitation, dating violence or intimate partner violence within the past six months * program based on privacy, confidentiality and consent based in a hospital setting

The program offers : * medical examination * collection of forensic evidence * initial and serial documentation of injuries, photography and body mapping * crisis intervention * sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing * pregnancy testing * emergency contraceptives * HIV post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) * preventative vaccinations and prescriptions * short-term follow-up * community based or professional referrals for ongoing and/or collaborative care

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals 16 years and older, who have recently experienced sexual assault, sexual exploitation, dating violence or intimate partner violence
