Community day program that constitutes a non-judgmental, learning and support program by peers dedicated to people living with a mental health problem The objectivea are to prioritize and support the recovery of participants, break isolation, regaining of power over their health conditions and quality of life through daily activities Many programs are created in collaboration with contracted and volunteer facilitators to organize many activities, workshops and projects aiming at regaining power through many areas (community engagement, artistic creation, leisure, social abilities, collective kitchens, etc) |
