Service Description: Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Clinical Services (PRCS) programs focus on the individuals, their self-determination and belief in their own potential for undertaking a hopeful recovery process

3 programs available for francophones 16 years and over residing in the Ottawa area

The admission criteria vary according to the program
  • Court Outreach and Diversion: For francophone adults with mental health problems and dealing with the criminal justice system * mental health intensive case management * support through the judicial process * close collaboration with the mental health court and health services * relapse/rehospitalization and reoffending prevention
  • Intensive Community Case Management: For francophone adults with severe and persistent mental health problems * intensive case management * support to the psychiatric rehabilitation process and mental health promotion * create support networks
  • Ateliers de l’Élan: offered to francophone adults with a mental health problem * encourages recovery and community participation * artistic, physical, recreational and educational activities
