Provides peer support to individuals and families affected by depression, bipolar disorder and other related mood disorders. Offers telephone support, information and referral, public education, resource materials and anti-stigma workshops, and presentations in the community. Regular peer support groups are held in a wide variety of locations throughout the province of Ontario. |
