The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs, located in Wellington County and Guelph, serves local youth with access to services that can address their health and wellness needs.
The integrated care model allows youth access to many services, all in a youth-friendly space.
Youth can walk into any of the Grove Youth Hubs to access a variety of services delivered by several service partners.
