  • Operates a province-wide, bilingual, toll-free information line providing a range of services to victims of crime
  • Offers personal information and referral to support services in the victim's community
  • Offers pre-recorded information about the criminal justice system
  • Offers access to information about provincially sentenced offenders as well as register for automated notifications when an offender's status changes
  • Provides referral to the Victim Liaison Unit, to contact the Victims and Vulnerable Persons Division if you have concerns with the availability or quality of victim services
