Service Description:	Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Long Lake 58 First Nation Tribal Council: Matawa First Nations Political Territorial Organization: Nishnawbe-Aski Nation (NAN) Treaty #9 Assists members with Native membership and registration forms and processes Maintains membership records for Long Lake 58 First Nation Provides information about current and evolving Indian status changes and issues Acts as a liaison to the Indian Registrar of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) May provide assistance in the following matters: Birth certificates and related documents Death certificates Indian registration Marriage licenses and certificates Status card renewals
