Service Description: Satellite office providing assessment and treatment for people with substance use, problem gambling/behavioural, and/or mental health concerns. 

Services offered include, but are not limited to:
  • Goal setting and support with treatment planning
  • Advocacy
  • Education and resources about living with mental illness
  • Referral and connection to various community services
  • Support engaging in activities of daily living while managing mental wellness
  • Connection to in house addiction services
 
Court Diversion Program and Court Support Services Partners with the criminal justice system and the mental health system to provide direct service to people who have a serious mental illness, developmental challenges, or brain injury who have been charged with a minor offence * program promotes treatment and rehabilitation to prevent recidivism
 
Mental Health Case Management Works with individuals experiencing symptoms of mental illness who require support to live and work in the community * case managers provide on-going support as needed in order to stabilize, achieve goals, and improve quality of life * case management services are tailored to the individual, based on their identified goals for support * participation in the Case Management Program is a prerequisite to obtain CMHA Huron Perth supportive housing
 
Peer Outreach Services Peer Outreach Workers use their own lived experience with mental health and addiction to walk alongside people in their journey of recovery and wellness * supportive listening and assist with navigating the mental health, addiction, and health care systems
