FREE program for pregnant women about nutrition and learning to give a baby the healthiest start possible Healthy Start: provides pregnant women of all ages with the skills, confidence and resources needed to keep themselves and their child healthy throughout their pregnancy and in to the first few months after birth Participants will receive:

Participants will make: connections with other pregnant women Family Kitchen: offers parents with children under the age of 6 years, an opportunity to learn cooking skills, prepare nutritious, low cost meals and provides the family with at least one healthy meal per week. Program presented for families with young children living on low incomes |
