Service Description: | Assessment of face-to-face and written communication skills of children and youth * provides equipment and/or recommendations to client * services provided by speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, communication disorders assistants, and technologists * consultation and support provided to caregivers, primary therapists, and community schools as needed * registered vendor with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) | ||

Application: | Completion of referral form required * accepts referral from families, therapists, educators, and other professionals * medical referral required if client is new to the centre | ||
