| Service Description: | The Dual Diagnosis program provides specialized support to children and youth 6 to 18 years diagnosed with mild to moderate developmental disability or autism and who are experiencing mental health-related difficulties. The Dual Diagnosis program provides education, skill-building and support to children and youth, and their parents/caregivers. This program also supports referrals or transitions to other services in the community or within the education system. | ||
