Service Description: Supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and their Families
 
Supported Independent Living Independent living supports to enable people with disabilities to live independently in their homes and in the community
 
Vocational Services Assistance and training to individuals who are developmentally challenged and wanting to find employment
Fees: There are no direct fees for service except for transportation which is dependent on the ability to pay
Application: Call for initial intake then Developmental Services Ontario will call to arrange a formal review process
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Children with a developmental challenge and adults who have an intellectual disability
