Service Description: Community based mental health and addictions services including:

Addiction Services Outpatient treatment
 
Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) Interprofessional team providing high intensity services in the community
 
Case Management Case management to individuals with serious mental health conditions and their significant others
 
Comprehensive Integrated Housing Residential program that provides in-house inter-disciplinary clinical treatment and support
 
Court Support/Mental Health Diversion Programs Post-charge advocacy and linkage to agency and community supports for individuals diagnosed with serious mental health and/or addiction concerns who commit minor offences
 
Crisis Services Crisis intervention line connecting individuals in need 24/7 to immediate support * staffed by mental health professionals
 
Family Resource Centre Educational materials and information about local resources to family members of individuals with mental health concerns as well as to the general public, other agencies, and professionals
 
Transitional Case Management Case management to individuals with serious mental health conditions and their significant others for up to 16 weeks
