Grief & Bereavement Grief and bereavement support peer-group meetings or individually * assistance coordinating care if needed
 
Hospice Residence 3 bed residential hospice for people with a terminal illness in their last months of life * 24-hour medical care 
 
Palliative Outreach In-home visiting for patients coping with a life limiting illness * respite for caregivers * caregiver education and guidance * comfort and reassurance * companionship
