Service Description: Safe and affordable housing with flexible supports * home living arrangements may include:
  • recreational and group programming
  • assessment and life skills and social skills
  • individualized case planning
  • assistance in preparing the individual to make successful transition back home or to a more independent living environment
  • referrals to other community resources as required
  • Cooperative Housing Youthab also has several homes for more independent youth with varying degrees of support available
Fees: Rent is geared to income
Application: Call * no referral required * intake process
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Youths aged 16-24 who are not able to live at home or on their own
