Provides and advocates for a full range of community-based services for people with intellectual disabilities including accommodation, employment, respite, community access, planning and family supports * offers the following: Respite Services: Temporary relief offered to caregivers of a dependant with intellectual disabilities * helps with personal care, activities of daily living, recreation and leisure Group Home: Offers accommodations in a home setting with 24 hour supports Independent Living Support: Provides assisted living supports to individuals living on their own Community Participation Support: Provides social, recreational, vocational services Family Support Services: Includes services for Transitional Aged Youth (TAY), family/associate home program, in/out of home respite services, passport funding supports |
