Helps survivors and their families deal with the effects of acquired brain injury (ABI) by providing support, advocacy, education and awareness * support agency that works closely with local resources and can help to prosper post injury * offers the following programs: Peer/Mentor Support Program: Designed to help survivors and caregivers of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) * sign up to be a mentor or be matched as a partner with a mentor who has already navigated the system and experienced the effects of ABI Survivor Support Group: Currently offered virtually over "Zoom" Bi-Weekly - all survivors/Caregivers welcomed no matter date of injury. Get in touch with Chantal for instructions if you are not farmiliar with Zoom Coffee Social: Offers monthly coffee social in collaboration with Spinal Cord Injury Ontario * provides a space for everyone to socialize and talk amongst friends |
